Meet Ashley

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

~ Carl Jung

I have always felt drawn to the deeper inner world — to the stories we carry, the ways we are shaped by love and pain, and the quiet work of becoming more fully ourselves.

As a therapist, I love the process of helping people create a deeper connection to their core selves, which allows them to become more authentically who they are in the world. My practice is guided by compassion and curiosity, and it’s my passion to create a space that helps my clients slow down and listen to what is happening inside of them. The amazing thing about therapy is that it can help you notice things that might be difficult to see on your own, or scary to face within yourself. But with a trusted and compassionate other, you can start to see yourself and your problems in a new way, without the inner judgment or turmoil. This is such a huge gift therapy has given me, and it is truly an honor to give this gift back to my clients.

I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (#146864) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#16602) working under supervision in the state of California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a BA in Psychological Science from UC Irvine. I am trained in EMDR for trauma therapy, ERP for OCD, and have gone through certification training in religious trauma and spiritual abuse. I have experience working with adult and teenage clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, shifting spirituality, difficulty in relationships, and going through major life transitions (graduating, changing jobs, starting or ending a marriage, exploring sexuality, etc).

Outside of therapy, you might find me playing piano, dancing to live music, exploring new places or activities with my favorite humans, kiting at the beach, hyperfixating on my latest subject of interest within spirituality or psychology, knocking books off my TBR list, or building some lego ☺️
